WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of the products provided and the fact that each product is individually hand crafted, there may be slight variations in product colour or consistency and this will not constitute a valid reason for a refund request.
In our bid to maintain hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept refund requests for items which have been opened, used and not returned in its original state and packaging.
All refunds will be issued minus the shipping fee.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Gift cards are currently available between the values of £10-£500. We also offer a gift wrapping service. You just have to send a request through our support page either prior to placing your order with your details, or afterwards with your order number and we will happily fulfil your request.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept payments from all major payment cards, Paypal, Wix and Clearpay
HOW IS YOUR BRAND ADVERTISED AS PLANT BASED WHEN YOU USE HONEY IN SOME OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
The honey used in our products are wild harvested, sustainably sourced from small scale, local farms, thus avoiding exploitation and harm to the bees that produce it. Currently all our hair care products are 100% vegan and contain no honey, whilst only a select few of our skincare products contain some honey.
